How It Works

The process is designed to create more meaningful career conversations by helping students and families understand not just what sounds interesting, but what may be a stronger natural fit. That includes evaluating college majors, trades, technical schools, and other career training paths through a better understanding of how someone is wired.

Before beginning, each person selects the 3 career clusters that are most interesting to them. The assessment then shows how closely their skillsets align with career paths within those career clusters.
